A Letter to My Girls
Parenting has been the most difficult and rewarding task I've experienced. Here's a letter to my daughter that serves as a reminder of some of my beliefs and principles as a parent.
The Daily Disciplines
It doesn't matter how many daily disciplines you have or how insignificant they may seem, what matters is the consistency.
The Proper Response
If you want to diffuse the media (or anything/anyone), the best reaction is to NOT HAVE A REACTION. In other words, the proper response is NO response.
Try Exhaustion
The next time you're stressed, worried, anxious, or need an escape -- try some intense physical exertion and see what it does to your mind.
Less Thinking, More Doing

This was sent to me a few years ago by a good friend from high school. I've watched it countless times throughout the years and I'm still just as grateful for this message now as when it was first sent.
